• cucumbers,
• radish
• black eyed peas.

Instructions:

• Use an Israeli Cucumber as the body of the car
• Slice four round pieces of cucumber of the wheels
• Join the slices to the Israeli cucumber using toothpicks
• Scoop a piece of cucumber out from the top of the Israeli cucumber
• Place a radish in the hole
• Place black eyed peas at the top of the radish for eyes.
• Your race car is ready to go
